Introduction

ChemLinked was created by REACH24H Consulting Group ("REACH24H") to provide timely and professional global regulatory information & market insights involving Chemicals, Food, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceuticals and Sustainability industries. We focus on analyzing regulatory changes, organizing training sessions, compiling industrial reports, and curating our comprehensive database of legislations.

This Privacy Policy also applies to Qme, ChemLinked's AI-assisted regulatory information and compliance support feature. Qme is part of the ChemLinked Services and is not governed by a standalone privacy policy. Where you use Qme, the Qme-specific provisions below supplement the general ChemLinked Privacy Policy.

As a User, you have certain obligations to other Users. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations, and others have become commonplace in user-friendly communities of like-minded members such as ChemLinked:

Data Retention Periods

Qme interaction data (e.g., questions, generated answers, conversation history, feedback, and conversation metadata): retained for as long as necessary to provide Qme, maintain your ChemLinked account experience, troubleshoot issues, improve quality and safety, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Where you delete Qme chat records or close your account, we will delete or anonymize the relevant personal data unless retention is required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Where no specific retention period applies, we determine the period based on the criteria of necessity for the purpose, applicable legal obligations, and limitation periods under relevant laws.

After the retention period expires, we may anonymize or pseudonymize your data for analytical, statistical, or research purposes, so that it can no longer be linked to you.

Security

In order to help secure your personal information, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including access to your data on ChemLinked is password-protected, and sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the ChemLinked website. To protect any data you store on our servers, ChemLinked also regularly audits its system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, since the internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ChemLinked, You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please note that emails, instant messaging, and similar means of communication with other Users of ChemLinked are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.

If any personal information security incident occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will promptly inform you of the following in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations: basic information and possible impacts of the incident, actions we have taken or will take in response thereto, suggestions for risk prevention and reduction on your own, and remedial measures against you. We will inform you of the incident in a timely manner by such means as mail, letter, telephone, or push notice. When it is difficult to inform the subjects of personal information one by one, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective way.

Qme AI-Assisted Feature Notice

Qme uses AI-assisted and search-based functions to help provide regulatory information and compliance support. Your questions, conversation context, and related metadata may be processed to generate responses, identify relevant ChemLinked content and public sources, maintain service quality, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of Qme.

Qme does not make final legal, regulatory, safety, product approval, employment, credit, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about you. Qme provides informational assistance only. You should verify Qme outputs before relying on them for compliance, product launch, registration, labeling, formula, import/export, or other professional decisions.

We may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized Qme usage information for service analytics, quality evaluation, troubleshooting, safety review, and product improvement. We do not use identifiable Qme conversation content to train external AI systems for unrelated purposes unless we notify you or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
